Yeh, just as big a query as building a JS Array on load would handle.

The advantage is that this time each request will return a smaller JSArray that the original. the trade off is that you *potentially* have more requests to the server to get all the data. This is assuming that all the data is returned at some point, but in reality this is not the case.
