as the guys explained you cannot filter specific key words, I think you can only filter full url's/domains I think..
the script which you activated allows you to have multiple google adverts over the page, you just set them up (dimentions) and place the _javascript_ in your page, with the reference to the .js file (one site that has more than one advert is Raymond Camden - http://ray.camdenfamily.com) plus I think people have advertised on his site so that is maybe the reason he gets good adverts on his pages..(they can do this by clicking on the section in the ad where it says 'advertise on this site' as a part of the banner)
Hope that helps..

Thanks Carl,I had a look, it still doesn't allow me to specify which type/category of ads to display, following that link I could setup an alternate ad to display created by myself, if I understand it correctly, which is not what I'm after.Thanks.

you see the charity ads if you have more than 1 advert on your page and you have not set up the seperate script for it..
you will see this at the bottom of the page when you set up the advert...'Alternate ads or colours' this will allow you to supply the url to where the script is at (instructions here https://www.google.com/adsense/alternateads).
