Transfer is a ColdFusion Object Relational Mapping framework. For a great description of what an ORM is, and how it is used: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Object-relational_mapping
It currently runs MySQL and MSSQL, and the soon (1 or 2 days now) RC1 of 0.5 will have postGresql support (along with a rediculous amount of new features). More details can also be found at: http://www.compoundtheory.com/transfer/ I'll be covering what it does, how to use it, and a basic example of some of it's capabilities.
