The CFUnit-Ant project is pretty handy, and can be used to great effect in eclipse for example. You can easily setup an eclipse "builder" for your project, and whenever you save your files it will autorun your build scripts, which you can have configured to run your cfunit tests. Can be surprisingly helpful in picking up unexpected bugs.
