Thanks Dale. I have sent a message to Adobe support, anticipating that this might be a bug, but I never expect to hear back from anyone in Adobe in the same week I send a request. So just because I've asked them for help doesnt mean I can sit on my hands expecting the solution just like that. I might be lucky, but experience tells me not to expect it this week.
I hadn't thought of sending an email to Ben directly. Good idea. I'll do that right away.
