They have probably blocked access to the javascripts required by CFFORM.

A quick workaround is to upload the CFIDE/scripts folder to your
server and reference it using the SCRIPTSRC attribute of CFFORM. eg:

<cfform name="myform" scriptsrc="scripts/"...>
