Tim Buntel recently blogged about where to go to get on the beta. It is only Alpha at the moment. Ray had special permission to run Scorpio - I guess Ben Forta could run it to. For the rest of us a big no no.
Scorpio Beta Application is here! We're finally ready to accept applications from folks interested in participating in the Scorpio Beta. Please go to https://prerelease.adobe.com/callout/apply.html?callid={E9F64ADB-DADA-485E-BFFE-60E0D783EBEF} to apply. You will see a link that says "Join Adobe Prerelease Program Now" - follow that and the directions. A word of warning; you will need to complete a survey that is very design-centric first (the 'your job' section has options like 'film maker' and 'fashion designer' for instance). I don't doubt that many of you are fashionable, but few are likely actual fashion designers. Fear not, following will be the actual Scorpio survey in which you'll get to discuss your deep love of CFCs and RDBMSs. We'll notify applicants soon about next steps. And, no, this does not mean that I'm going to tell you when we're shipping, or even when the Beta is going to be out... :) Enjoy!
