Actually Dale, if you read any standard NDA it is there. I am under NDA for a product being developed at work, and although I do not work on the project I had to sign the NDA as I am in ear shot of the developers I guess. And the stupid thing is that they are even tighter in house than you would expect, even though I signed my first born over I still get feed a can of mushrooms as they wave goodbye while switching the light off and throwing a bag of horse manure out after me.
