Dale,

No because there is nothing else on that server, and as I said it was
working one min then the next no go Charlie...

All because I put the mySQL jdbc driver in the jvm path and now that it is
also gone it still not workingL

You sure something else isn't listening to that binding.

Subject: [cfaussie] CF in Multiple Server deployment

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help me out here... I am stumped and do not know where
to look, to figure out what I did. I am looking at the logs but nothing
seems to be staring me in the face.

Ok brief run down. I have installed on one of our development servers
coldfusion as a multiple server install. Everything was working fine, I
could browse the jrun management console, browse the cf instance.

Everything was fine, I setup the mappings I needed and setup the IIS virtual
directory I needed and still everything was fine. But then I went to add the
datasource, by mistake I added it to the resource in the jrun management
console for the coldfusion instance. No big deal, so I removed it and went
back to the cf admin and went to set it up there.

Ok, forgot to take the jdbc drive and install it in the jvm path. Did that,
moved it to {application}\servers\lib\ as that was one of the class paths
for the jvm. All fine, but when I went to restart CF service it failed to
start. No big deal I'll restart the server.

So here is the catch, jrun is running and coldfusion is running all services
appear to be running as that is what the services say.

But now I can no longer view the jrun management console...

Anyone have any ideas on this, all setup configurations are standard
defaults that the install program offered. So the jrun management console
should be http://127.0.0.1:8000/ and get the standard message

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings.

Anyone have any ideas?
