Mike,

Can you place a cftry/cfcatch around the cfmail tag and cfdump the error,
there must be more info than what you posted.

Have you tried sending to your normal email address as a test, I assume you
did with the same error. I am still assuming that the cfmail tag is using
the wrong server name, username and password, and / or it might be relay
issue.

If the error doesn't give any more of a hint, then you might need to talk to
the people you host with and they can look into the logs.
