According to the EULA:- 2.1.1. Developer Edition License. This Section 2.1.1 applies only if Licensee has obtained a valid Developer Edition license to the Software. In addition to the other terms contained herein, (a) Licensee's license to the Developer Edition Software is limited to a maximum number of ten (10) Concurrent Connections; and (b) Licensee shall not (1) install, use or access the Developer Edition Software on more than one CPU; (2) cluster any CPUs; and/or (3) use load balancing.
Only "Not For Resale Software" has the production restriction.
