I think it is close but ultimately it is up to Adobe themselves. 8th of August? Not far off? Too far?
For a "buy online" it might be sooner rather than later. But for a physical boxed product (if you can still buy them - not like games - who knows). Personally the PDF documentation we have seen so far (Release Candidate/Public Beta same thing) has fallen so far behind* I am not holding my breath - at least until Ben Forta's CFWACK which usually renders the official manuals obsolete.
