I actually bought a copy of Forta's "Advanced CF 7" from McGills a few months ago. maybe it was the last one. Actually I haven't used it much, its just not "Advanced" enough, it more of a beginner's or maybe intermediate book if you ask me.
I also got a couple of CSS books from there which have been OK. But I do think that Amazon and eBay have proved to be too much competition for these highly specialised books.
