I put it to you that the only time a server needs to be involved is
- data persistance
- integration of systems (eg: payment gateways)
- when client-side processing is not available (no javascript, no flash)

as more client-side smarts become a reality (javascript calling
webservices, Flash/Flex), this distinction will become clearer. soon
it'll be smart clients and dumb servers...

are you *sure* a CF version of this is what's needed in the world?
