I live in NSW, and it will cost me more to attend webDU than it would someone in Melbourne (or most other capitals for that matter). Flights from Dubbo to Sydney are way more expensive than Melbourne to Sydney. I then have all the same costs as everyone else(accomodation, meals, taxi etc).
