Well the hot fix was only to fix a bug with CF7.

Its not an upgrade hot fix. But as I previously said, the hot fix says
it's for V7.0.2 but as you previously mentioned it didn't require
7.0.2 and should work on 7.0.1

Is there need to upgrade to v7.0.2?

I don't think it's necessary / essential as all I want to do is
install this hot fix to fix this one bug.
