Hi There I have been tasked with creating a new process for the submission and reviewal of new features and ideas for our sofwtare
It will also cover integration proposals. just wondered if anyone could add to Submissions - user submits the idea to us with details of what it is they propose, why they propose it, who, date, Technical Reviewal - as technical department, we then carry out a basic feasibility test, Can it be done? Can we do it? do we have the skills? People? Time? what other work needs to be completed first? Risks? affects on the current system? possible implementations (high level) Support issues? How much Money will it cost? Commercial Review What business benefit to us? to the customer? will it be a USP/Value Proposition/Diffrentiator? Are there guaranteed sales by implementing it?
