related to the previous post... since I'll be using a Microsoft-based file system... has anyone tried to get results out of the Microsoft Indexing Server?
Since it's a stand-alone indexing server, I'm thinking there may be an API to run searches on it for file system results. If not directly by ColdFusion then maybe by .NET and use the CF->.NET interop to run searches on the catalog and collect results to return back as a CF query (to be added with the other verity/lucene searches) or has no one used Indexing Server (I never have although it's been there for years) thanx again barry.b --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "cfaussie" group.
