It's all about enticing you to want to buy something from Adobe based on "exciting new information on Adobe's platform tools and technologies for building RIAs". It's very exciting considering Flash is free, Flex SDK is free, AIR runtime is free, AIR SDK is free, BlazeDS is free along with a host of other free third party tools that you are probably already using like Eclipse, CFEclipse, JBOSS, Tomcat, Jetty, Apache to name a few. So it'll be interesting to hear what's new, and especially whether it's free or not.
