I think there are more jobs than people.

Which is good for people with CF skills. But the same applies to other
languages, we have had problems getting Java and C++ people also.

Remember unemployment is very low, so everyone is working so you need to
pull someone out of an existing job to get them or train a newbie.

I've actually tried Red Balloon Days, and apparently they're not
looking... A case of "we'd like to hold your CV though for future
possibilities" did come about though ;)

Funnily enough it seems that no one rings until I'm gainfully
employed... bit of irony in that...
