Hmmm, I am not sure you can do that with RDS. But you might be able to do
that with FTP.

To use the file compare feature in eclipse, otherwise I have to run all my
apps locally and set up projects, update files and then upload them.  Even
if I have a local development server, would rather do it over RDS than
across the network.

No I do not think you can, but I have never used it to be honest with you.

Is there a reason you want to use projects over RDS?
