When we got more java developers, the conflict started. But we as a company have grown faster in Java development, only because we offer consultations. But my boss an ex Coldfusion developer, got onto the open source bandwagon. Coldfusion was not in his sites anymore. Hence how we could have developed our latest product so fast.
