I'm wearing the "will code for food" banner. I've got 10 years experience with ColdFusion, yet it's surprisingly difficult to find companies that need a really good developer. And when I try to go for positions that don't involve programming directly, mentioning "ColdFusion" often works against me -- it really does have a bad reputation outside its own circle.
