Thanks Steve,

I kind of have that now.

Im doing an

iif(query.total gt int(query.total), blah, blah)

I must be mistaken about a built in function, probably thinking of another
language, was sure there was a fpt(number) where fpt = fractional part.

Subject: [cfaussie] Fractional Part

Im having a bad night,

How do I get the fraction from a number

10.4

I want the .4

I don't want to use listLast(num, ".") because the number might just be 10.

I know I could do ftp = variable - int(variable) but I thought there was a
CF function for this but cant find it.
