Thanks but I think I've "sorta" solved it. I upped the MaxPermSize to 
256 and rebooted and then it worked. Then I thought to myself, what if 
it was just the reboot that fixed it. So I changed it back to the way it 
was and rebooted. Thing worked. Server had been up for a little while 
and I guess its a little leaky.
