I have found more success using "relative to site root" not "relative
to document" in the site definition.   I know they should both work,
but i am always getting errors counting dots and slashes wiht relative
positioning.     Using site root means all those links go from the
root and it doesnt matter if you move things around so much.

(yes i do know that DW will update those too if you want, but I dont
really like relying on dreamweaver's code-writing ability)
