Yes you can do an import of existing ColdFusion projects from cfeclipse, and yes you can use other plugins into the standalone and/or as a plugin into other version of Eclipse running ColdFusion builder as a plugin.
The thing you need to remember is that ColdFusion builder is built on top of Eclipse technology, so almost any type of Eclipse plugin will work. And I say almost as there is an issue with one plugin MyLyn that one of its best features is not supported for some reason, but I am sure that on final release Adobe will have that small problem sorted as well. Subclipse and the better of the two subversive both work without any problems. A couple of quick questions. Currently I have everything in CFEclipse. Are these projects able to be easily imported? Also, I installed the standalone edition. Can I add other Eclipse plugins to this? In particular I need subclipse for svn support, and I'll probably want mxunit as well. Perhaps I should have installed CF Builder as an eclipse plugin itself instead? Andrew. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "cfaussie" group.
