I think you actually should look into having a meeting during cfO week - there are lots of CF people in town then and not everyone attending the CFUG might be attending cfO. It'd be a good idea to move away from the Th then as that would be a conference day - but maybe the Wed night?
Also - don't forget the option of remote meetings via Connect. Not sure what your experience is with that - but we've used it for remote speakers reasonably successfully a few times during the last year - YMMV. Happy to do one remotely if you like.
