CF Builder comes with Flash Builder Standard. Not sure how you'd get it though, it's def. supposed to be a separate download, if you bought the boxed product you'd actually get 2 DVDs and two separate license keys. Did you buy it in the online store? If yes, I fear you might have to go through Adobe support (gulp). If you got it via a reseller or local distributor I'd think those would have to sort it out in some what.
