yeah enterprise only.  

 

- find the license file, 

- where the serial number is shown, remove it and put in Developer in place of 
the
serial number, 

- restart the cf server and it will be in the menu

- do a backup and then restore it to your cf9 server

 

after that you can just put the serial number back into the cf8 server
