That is not possible. To be able to install other war/ear files you actually require the Enterprise version running on an Application Server, whether this be JRun, JBoss, TomCat or any of the other ones out there.
Having said that, you could install your own Application Server, like those mentioned above and then install the WAR into that. But you can't install a WAR into a standard version of ColdFusion or even a standalone installation in the manner you are perhaps trying.
