The volume license program gives you (or the reseller for this matter) hardly 
any discount. The volume licensing is interesting because you buy serial 
numbers en gross and don't have to deal with retail boxes. In fact - any 
license-only product one buys in NZ/AU is automatically part of the volume 
license program, even if volume=1.

To be honest - the margin on those tools is so small, I'd be surprised if any 
reseller gave you a noticeable discount, e.g. more than 5$ off per license or 
so :)
