Hi Charlie, Thanks for reply again. Actually I'm quite certain we didn't apply any hotfixes on this one. (I just verified this by looking for the 'Update Level' in CF Admin and it's not there).
This particular server is more than 10 years old and we got plan to decomission it. Somehow it just couldn't happen yet. :( One thing I forgot to mention though is, the server's Windows Event Viewer logged heaps of 'Disk File System Corruption' errors on a daily basis. I think it might negatively impact JVM. But the doubt I have is why this only affects one particular instance of ColdFusion? It's a pain we have to reboot the server every day.
