Hi Mike I've just finished a site using Toll api. It's basic but does the job and they deliver door to door. For yours maybe use Austpost for small stuff and Toll for larger. Only downside with Toll is you still have to manually book pickup and connote number. I'll get you some contact details so your client can get some rate quotes.
