Hey all Happy New Year and all that, Was wondering if anyone has suggestions/abuse on question i've got.
We have MASSIVE Intranet site and we have site search engine which works ok (re-tuning to use Verity instead of complex SQL statements i inherited) Is it possible to have like a in-built "CTL+F" on the pages in our site to help user quickly find the word/phrase they're after?? We have CMS that serves our content using templates, i've got real estate in my template to add this 'component'. Has anyone done something like this?? Can it be done?? Is it a waste of time?? Assumption: ALL my user's are IDIOTS! We are constantly battling the "horse to water" scenario -------------------------------------------------- IDIOT - I can't find product XYZ Matt - Try this, roll mouse onto "destinations button, then new menu appears roll mouse onto Products, another new menu appears then roll mouse onto "XYZ" IDIOT - I still can't find it ---------------------------------------------------- Matty H **********************************************************************" This correspondence is for the named person's use only.
