Whatever they are doing (in CFMX), I guess they are using a standard type
of parser rather than building their own (because they seem to be
leveraging a lot of other third-party products).
What I would like to see in the future is a mechanism where I can
pre-compile all my pages into the cached .class files (ie. compiled Java)
and distrubute my application without Cold Fusion source code!!!
There is no reason at the moment why that would not be possible if
Macromedia did a little bit more fiddling. �You just need to be able to say
"Dont try and look for a source version of this .class file" - ie. never
try to recompile it.
