Darren,
I think it was left of Dreamweaver as it was possible to reverse the
encryption via utils from the Internet. Thus Macromedia did not want to
waste there time on something that could be easily reversed.

Subject: [cfaussie] cf code encryption in Dreamweaver?

I'm told by a reliable witness that you used to be able to use a Deploy
option in CF Studio to encrypt your cf source files. (I have never needed to
do this myself)

The reliable witness and I are now trying to encrypt some CF code using our
shiny new copies of Dreamweaver. We are totally failing to find any options
or buttons or help entries for code encryption or deployment or any other
rewording that I can think of.

Is this still possible with Dreamweaver?
Do I need to 'downgrade' to Homesite+ just to do code encryption?
Has it been given some exciting new name that my soft spongy brain has
failed to associate with its old name/function?
Have the Gods at Macromedia forsaken me in my moment of need?
