Hi,
I have setup a test lab with a
variety of glunky machines.
Rather than hooking up modems to
the boxes and dialing in, I'm hoping I can cripple the network connection and
emulate dialup speed.
I have memories of software
being available to do this ... Does anyone know of suitable software for Win
NT?
