Further Information Update...
Its as if the whole initial .cfm page gets processed first, and then it goes back and executes the method .add(form) after the page has been processed, instead of processing from top to bottom, line by line? In other words... It processes the page, and treats the last known version of the form structure, then it goes back and fires 2 methods once the page has first being processed.
