I have used them for a couple of non-profit sites and have recommended them to friends who also use them.

I am about to obtain another account from them for a personal site.

The owner is in Brisbane and I have always had good service from them (even emails at 5am explaining how they were fixing an interruption to the service).

They also try to ensure they dont overload any of their servers.  They use Sun Cobalt and Plesk rack mount boxes for a number of their services.

They have always been good to me.
