you can put them in the same directory and call them with a relative path the same as 
images or you can put them anywhere in the wwwroot directory and reference them with 
dot notation for example calling a logging.cfc in the components directory, utility 
subdirectory would be (don't use the cfc extension).
components.utility.logging.
