What do you mean by project management???  Are you after issue 
management or resource allocation and planning?

We use (and sell) TestTrackPro from http://www.seapine.com/.  It's just 
about the best issue management and ticket tracking software you can 
get.  It has a web based interface (in addition to its windows client -- 
plus Mac/Palm/others) -- and we have just about completed a set of CFCs 
to work with their SOAP web services interface -- we're waiting on a 
patch to AXIS in CFMX.
