curious about something. Just saw an add for a web developer position and
this is what they required.

� Experiences in all of the following technologies are ideally required:
HTML, DHTML, CCS, ASP or ASP.Net, Cold Fusion (4.5 or later), ADO (2.1 or later), Transact SQL, VB or VB.Net, VBA and Win32 API.
� Experience in Java, VC++ or C#, VJ++ of J# is highly desirable.

would expect that people would have knowledge of about half of whats
listed.
