Remember! When kidnapping family pets you need to ensure proper use of
<cf_druggeddoggietreats> and <cf_greatbigbloodystick>, you can generally
loop through these tags untill you get a success. If your dealing with a
tempramental opperating environment, then your probably want a catch
contingency so that you get a cowardice overflow before success, you can
default to <CF_runlikeagirl> or <CF_screamformercy>. Its also a good idea to
schedule period <CF_Rabiesshots> to run after a loop failulre.
