Hey all, how would I do an 'if' statement in an SQL query on an Access
database?

I'm trying something like:

<CFQUERY blah>
        SELECT if(type = 1,'APPLE','BANANA') AS fruitType
        FROM fruityGoodness
</CFQUERY>

but its returning an error, i"ve also tries 'iff' .. can I even do this kind
of thing in Access?

thanks...

Subject: [cfaussie] Crystal Reports

Howdy again,

Last night at our CFUG...I asked the question bout reports and if there was
any other alternatives to crystal. Either CF related or a 3rd party....cf
would be better though. The answer I got last night wasn't entirely what I
wanted to hear.

Any advise would be helpful...

Thanks again!!!

Jeremy
