I distinctly heard someone say something about this in the panel discussion at the end of MXDU.
It was something about if Apache started before CF Server, that it would just dump raw unprocessed code out, which sound like what you're getting.
I'm pretty sure it was John Treloar from Macromedia saying it, and that it was something to do with update 2 and Apache.
Try fiddling with the order that apache and cf are started in.

    Hi Guys,
 
    I have written some code and for some unknown reason every now and then the raw code is displayed on the page rather than the parsed code displaying as it should. This is only a recent thing. Anyone shed some light on the possibilities of why this is happening?
