Following is the answer to a question I asked
earlier.

Error Diagnostic Information
Routines cannot be declared more than once. The routine rfc has been declared twice in different templates. -----------------
I called the function within a CF Tag, I called the
CF tag like <tagName /> trying to conform with xml specs, removing the /
also removes the problem..
