Hi Jason, might be an obvious one but check your cf mail spool too. If your app sends any mails and the connection to your mailserver has been interrupted, this can cause all kinds of errors.
I had a couple of these on client servers recently, one was due to a dodgy scheduled task, one was due to something being screwed up with a broken installation of clustercats. In the former case we fixed the scheduled task, in the latter we scrubbed and re-installed in the end. Make sure anything that has external connections (IE database, cfhttp, mail etc) isn't being hung up on a firewall or proxy, and check to see if anything else in the network has changed).
