We are running
a high traffic CF application which is currently using session
variables.
Obviously in order
to save state we will be looking to incorporate a database for client variable
storage.
Has anyone had any
experience in setting up a client variable storage db for a high scale
application who would be willing to share some rough hardware specs and
comments on how their hardware performed?
Our application
services more than 6 million members worldwide (in more than 15
languages) and our traffic is in the 'mid-to-high double digits' (ie.
Mb/s)
