I've checked this one out & its on a credits system - you upload you get credits, you download you lose credits. When you first sign up you get a certain amount of starting credits.
We've got a bunch of photos on our network here that have been taken over the years with digital camera so I was thinking of getting a stack of credits. I wrote to them asking them about sending some CDs in the post rather than uploading gigs of photos and they were keen on the idea. Never got around to it though :)
